How it works

Step 1: You contact us with your questions via phone, or email. 
Step 2: We have an initial complimentary phone consultation to determine your specific needs, issues and challenges. We assess what your priorities are and determine what HR services can be provided.
Step 3: Advantage Human Resources Consulting will prepare a written proposal for you outlining our recommended service options and fees. 
Step 4: You review the proposal and decide. Upon agreement, we draw up a contract and get started
